Rochelle Webb is the founder and CEO of Optimist Made and Optimist Labs. Optimist Made was created to grow the pool of purpose driven entrepreneurs in the fashion category to scale their brands responsibly by ensuring that they are committed to sustainable practices. She seeks out these entrepreneurs and empowers them by investing in them and proving that with optimism and belief in self, great things can happen. By doing this, it is her goal to create more Optimists around the world that promise to pay it forward.
Optimist Labs is its sister company where Rochelle has spent resources to develop an AI-driven platform to shrink the negative effects that over-production has on our environment. Leveraging a combination of consumer data and sales data, the software is positioned to drive corporate strategies to lead with efficiency and reduce waste.
Her conviction to these sustainable practices comes from her desire to leave the world in a better place than the way that she found it and this is proven by her environmental commitment as a 1% for the Planet board member.
