Over the course of three days, we spoke with rangers on the thin green line, explored the history and contributed to the beauty of Balboa Park in tandem with The Nat's 150th anniversary and set our sights on the path forward for the growing global community that is 1% for the Planet. While we work diligently to create this container known as Global Summit, you create the experience.
With humble thanks and immense gratitude, The 1% for the Planet Team
Global Summit is our network-only annual event, bringing together members and partners from around the world to discuss and collaborate on ways to create meaningful environmental impact.
Through workshops, presentations, and networking opportunities, attendees can learn about the progress that our members and partners are making, environmental challenges and solutions, as well as connect with each other in person.
Global Summit is a powerful reminder of the importance of collective action and the impact that is possible when individuals and organizations work together.
In 2023, Global Summit was headlined by keynote speakers Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson, co-founder of Urban Ocean Lab and The All We Can Save Project and Vincent Stanley, Director of Philosophy at Patagonia.
