About Us

We advance the restoration of riparian lands through collaboration, education, and technical assistance.

We collaborate with and provide education and technical assistance to the people on-the-ground who own, manage, or have a direct responsibility over the health of riparian areas. Since its inception in 2002, the TC has assisted local, state, federal, and tribal governments, land managers, private landowners, watershed groups, universities, nonprofit organizations, and foundations in developing comprehensive solutions to enhance riverside habitat and protect against the negative impacts from invasive, non-native plants such as tamarisk and Russian olive. Both rivers and invasive, non-native invasive plants know no boundaries, making collaboration among entities and across borders essential for successful invasive plant management and river restoration.

We help our partners build connections within their communities and establish working relationships to achieve their commo
