OutSell Consulting: California Research has shown that 87% of what is delivered through sales training is forgotten within 30 days of delivery. It is not sales training you are after. What you seek is behavioral change that sustainably improves the results of your sales team and managers. There are three steps to get there. First, you must have a company specific sales process built from top performer behaviors that is definable, repeatable and successful. Next you must have managers who consistently execute the three characteristics of performance coaches. Finally, you must have a sustainability plan that addresses the absolutes that must happen before and after you introduce the sales process. You should expect more from your training investment. We would like to talk about to you about how to get it.

J skis: Vermont In 1995 I founded LINE skis out of my parent’s garage building some of the first twin tip skis, pioneering innovative, forward thinking products & marketing to help rejuvenate the sport of skiing. In 2006 I sold Line to K2 Sports & continued working as Line’s Global Brand Director while also launching FULL TILT ski boots, growing both brands exponentially. September 20th 2013 I left to get back to my entrepreneurial roots and start this project. This isn’t a company in the traditional sense, it’s a skier (me) collaborating with the people I enjoy working with to create cool stuff for you. Those people just happen to be some of the smartest, most creative, forward thinking minds in the business, and of course love slipping on snow too. My goal is to utilize all of today’s technologies & systems of communication that didn’t exist my first time around, to now bring product to market at the speed of thought. I’ll be designing, building, marketing & selling limited edition skis directly to you, operating literally with just a laptop & phone.
