Moving Art Makes Moves to Give Back to Blue
21 Days of Gratitude
As the holiday season approaches, we have so much to be thankful for. Soon enough, we will all most likely be buying more stuff, whether we like it or not.
For the next 21 days, 1% for the Planet will be focusing on being more mindful of our place in this world. We would like to show gratitude for some of our nonprofit partners who are protecting this big, blue planet. Each day, learn more about one of them and why we appreciate all that they do.
Thanks to Louie Schwarzberg, Moving Art and the Mentors’ Channel for the inspiration.
Joins as 1% for the Planet Media Partner & Ambassador to Coincide with the Launch of “Mentors Channel 21 Days of Gratitude”
Waitsfield, VT | November 5, 2013
1% for the Planet, the world’s largest environmental network, recently welcomed Moving Art™ to its ever-expanding movement. Moving Art will join the network as a 1% for the Planet Media Partner while the company’s owner and cinematographer, Louie Schwartzberg, will take on the role of 1% for the Planet Ambassador. Moving Art will kick off its involvement with the network during its collaboration with Mentors Channel on the new meditation series: “Mentors Channel 21 Days of Gratitude – Presented by Louie Schwartzberg.” A portion of the proceeds from each purchase of the series will be donated directly to 1% for the Planet.
Moving Art is known for its library of videos that aim to inspire viewers with the diversity and artistry of a simple nature scene. Louie Schwartzberg, the cinematic mind behind it all, has made it his life’s mission to use his skills to showcase nature and bring it to life on the screen, highlighting aspects of nature that are not always apparent to the human eye. The network is thrilled to have Schwartzberg join as an Ambassador and Moving Art as a Media Partner.
“We’ve been impressed with Louie Schwartzberg’s work for years,” said Terry Kellogg, CEO of 1% for the Planet. “Louie and his company, Moving Art, model what it truly means to live sustainability and impact the planet in a positive way. We’re honored to welcome Moving Art to the movement and are excited to see how we can work together to bring more environmental stories to life.”
Schwartzberg added, “I’ve followed 1% for the Planet’s work for a long time and it seemed like a perfect fit and a great time to become involved. I am honored to show my support both as an individual and as a business owner.”
