It was the kind of warm summer night in Vermont I dream about the other 9 months of the year. The rain had finally subsided, along with the humidity. It was a perfect night for a barbecue. While my dad fired up the grill, my mom and I prepared the chicken. This time, instead of seasoning it with our own ingredients, we used “Taste of Tuscany” by Gustus Vitae Condiments. A blended mix of basil, oregano, red and green bell peppers, garlic, fennel, rosemary, and black pepper, it added a rich, Italian taste to the grilled chicken. Besides reducing the preparation time, it introduced us to a new, authentic blend of flavors we wouldn’t have thought of on our own.
